Dr. Rolando P. Oloteo, the Oragon Librarian 2013 awardee, has been endorsed by PLAI to the Committee on Awards of the Philippine Regulation Commission to be one of the three outstanding librarians to be the official nominees for the Outstanding Professional of the Year Award. This award is being conferred “for the purpose of giving recognition to the achievement and services of professionals who excelled in their respective fields of professional endeavor during the past years of entire career.
