Appointed BRLC secretary

Please be informed that Mrs. Niravana G. Ramos, Librarian from Naga College Foundation has resigned as BRLC Secretary due to her difficulty in pregnancy. After consultation with the BRLC officers, I am appointing a replacement in the person of Mrs. Marianne Sto. Domingo, High Schoo Librarian of Ateneo de Naga University. Mrs. Sto. Domingo assumed the post effective on September 2011.
